C I R C U L A R

 

Sub:-   KAU - Recruitment - Selection to the post of Assistant Engineer (Agricultural  Engineering) from among the inservice candidates in KAU - Application called for - Reg.

Ref:-  1)      University Notification No: GA/K3/42168/05 dated 27.02.2006.

2)      Extract of the Minutes of the 459th meeting of the Executive Committee  held on 24.08.2009.

3)      University Order No:  GA/K3/42168/05 dated 26.11.2009.

 

In pursuance to the decision of the Executive Committee in its 459th meeting held on 24.8.2009 and University Order 3^rd read,  applications are invited in the prescribed proforma from among the eligible employees of Kerala Agricultural University for selection to the post of Assistant Engineer (Agricultural Engineering) in the scale of pay of Rs. 11070-18450 (pre-revised scale Rs. 6675-10550) by internal selection.

 

Qualifications:

 

1) Essential : B.Tech Degree in Agricultural Engineering awarded by Kerala Agricultural University or equivalent qualification recognized by Kerala Agricultural University

 

2)  Desirable:   Field experience in Agricultural Engineering in Kerala Agricultural University or in other institutions recognized by the Kerala Agricultural University.

 

The application in the prescribed proforma filling all the columns legibly, should reach the office of the Registrar, KAU on or before  15.1.2010 at 5.00 p.m.  Late or defective applications will not be considered under any circumstances.

 

All the Heads of Offices under the University are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all concerned by displaying in the Notice Board and to forward the application if any, received from the eligible employees working under their control duly verified and recommended so as to reach this office on or before the due date fixed.

 

The entries in the proforma should be verified with reference to the Service Book/Personal File of the incumbent and concerned Head of Station should countersign the details.

 

Receipt of this Circular should be acknowledged by return of post.
